I analyze in depth and synthesize effectively. The development of concepts into useful results requires special skills and broad experience. Useful results include requirements, specifications, designs, patents, copyrights, licensing and technology transfers. In addition to products and system architectures, standards such as those for metadata and taxonomies also constitute concepts that undergo a development cycle. The intellectual assets such as patents, copyrights and specifications for standards resulting from these efforts constitute valuable results to be managed. Many projects have teams comprised of participants with different perspectives and different skills. I have applied my skills and experience in many areas, usually in a leadership role of project leader or as principal investigator. I create processes for the development of concepts into valuable assets. My services are available through Intelligent Automation, Inc. (http://www.i-a-i.com), where I am happily employed. You can contact me there at twason@i-a-i.com.
